I have a reason to be living

Clearly all things I see

This is a time for giving

The perfect way to be

Putting away the sorrows

This is a brighter day

Swiftly I must borrow

A time to sit and pray

.

I could be sad

Or I can be mad

But that's out of reason

I'm the only one

I should be pleasing

.

So how I know

Here I go

This is my fate

It's giddy up go

I can't be late

Wings Of

A Dove

Wings Of The Dove

A pure white dove on wing it does sing

In it's beak an olive branch it does bring

  Soaring like an eagle high in the sky 

   A message from the Almighty on high

~~

Pure and divine as it's color of white

Searching for peace on it's journey in flight

  With feathers arranged as if not by chance

  Displaying the truths of it's maker enhanced

~~

Love in it's heart and peace in it's goal

Salvation and Redemption a gift for the soul

  Floating to earth waiting to perch

  The quest is complete it has ended it's search

From the Voice of God in Heaven above

I give to thee the ones that I love

  Peace and Salvation

  On the wings of a dove
