Spider and the Fly
Spider and the Fly
Welcome into my parlor
Says the spider to the fly
What a web do we weave
Such a beauty that I see
Silky threads that are spun
Her true love to be won
This cocoon that I make
For this maid not to escape
Circling patterns of my charm
Protecting her from all harm
Tangled strands tightly wound
Within the orb the plot abounds
In this palace on silver wing
Loves sweet sonnet to thee I sing
She is Wearing a jeweled crown
Queen of my web
I have finally found
