I have a reason to be living

Clearly all things I see

This is a time for giving

The perfect way to be

Putting away the sorrows

This is a brighter day

Swiftly I must borrow

A time to sit and pray

I could be sad

Or I can be mad

But that's out of reason

I'm the only one

I should be pleasing

.

So how I know

Here I go

This is my fate

It's giddy up go

I can't be late

Once upon a time

In a land of make believe

Troubles of the mind

Suddenly they leave

.

Visions seem to appear

And circle in the orb

Thoughts that are dear

So quickly are absorbed

.

Words of inspiration

Truths beyond compare

One ounce of perspiration

Stirs up the imagination

.

Cross the bridge of doubt

To the other side

Let the dreams come out

On verses they will glide

.

I know it's only make believe

That dwells within our mind

Waiting to be set free

Is there another kind
