Up on the hill

It's very spooky place

The moon is full and still

All the guests are in their rooms

The lights are burning bright

Waiting for their breakfast treats

A savory delight

Strange sounds are all around

The hooting of a Owl

Many kinds of creatures

Are out on the prowl

Eerie things are happening

At this morning hour

Time to make the bed

Before the breakfast sours

Down the stairs into the hall

Careful not to fall

The guests are all seated now

Taking a bow

Waiting for their breakfast treats

And folks they will meet

Time to greet

A time to eat

Knife and fork in hand

Bed and Breakfast at my house

The best in the land
