Each one a perfect shape
Cups of beauty on green stems
A pretty bouquet they make

Lilly of the valley grows
The fairest of them all
Tender like poetry prose
Stems green and so small
Aroma of their sweet perfume
Lingers here and everywhere
With essence to fill a room
With beauty they must share

Forget-me-Not's in the breeze
Delicately they bend and sway
Only asking one thing please
Never forget me on this day
This flower named for truth
With loyalty standing tall
It blooms with living proof
Forget me not or I must fall

Gardenia is the bloom so pure
With a scent all of its own
To fill the senses until it blurs
So delicate so white as foam
No other flower can compare
To this floral sweet delight
Drifting across the still air
